Here's 4 breathing techniques for anxiety & stress release!

belly breathing

Take 3 deep breaths, but rather than using your chest, breathe through your belly!

1. 

box breathing

Inhale for 3 counts, hold for 3 counts, exhale for 3 counts, hold for 3 counts and repeat for 4 cycles.

2. 

4-7-8 breathing

Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts & breathe out for 8 counts, Do this for 4 cycles.

candle breathing

Inahle deeply and exhale with your mouth as if blowing a candle. Repeat for 4 cycles.
