Spearheaded by a PhD in Clinical Psychology, Evolve’s research and content team ensures the highest standards of credibility. Recent collaborations with institutions like BITS Pilani & University of Pennsylvania and participation in a global mental health research alliance reinforce Evolve’s commitment to cutting-edge research and innovation.

Evolve offers a holistic approach to addressing the unique stressors faced by the LGBTQ+ community through its proprietary 3C framework: Content, Community, and Coaching. Our Leaders

Anshul Kamath

Co-Founder

Anshul has 7+ years across Fortune 500 and startups. A passion project he started in 2017 eventually led to founding Evolve as a startup in 2019 after facilitating wellness workshops for 1000’s of industry leaders and CXOs. He is passionate about helping people feel unstuck in their lives and be their best self every day.

Rohan Arora

Co-Founder

Rohan is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and IIM Ahmedabad and has 10+ years of leadership experience at Performics, Mondelez & ExxonMobil. He identifies as a gay man & believes that he came out to himself too late in life. Now he wants to live his life by being his authentic self & inspire others to do the same via Evolve.

Surbhi Jain

CTO

Surbhi has over 9 years of experience across multiple tech domains . She is passionate about metrics and patterns, and experienced in building AI backed tech and scaling products. She brings rich diversity and unique perspectives to the leadership team and is also Evolve’s Grievance Redressal Officer.
