  3. Proper chair with ample back support – Select the right chair that helps you sit in a position for at least 30 mins and provides ample lumbar support
  4. Avoid studying on bed/couch – Bed and couches often allow you to slack which can break the flow of the study session
  5. Keep distractions aside – Try using Zen mode on your devices or just hide them from your POV

Select the best time 

You feel more focused during early morning hours while some who are night owls. Select the most difficult subjects/topics and try to complete them during your “Focus Hours” and keep the easier parts for the rest of day.  Conquering tougher topics with utmost concentration will give you confidence for the rest of the day.
